Over the past 5 years we've developed an intelligent waste portal. The portal will ensure the carbon footprint of all waste movements are reduced as much as possible through smart routing and recycling rates. At Newtral we know that you cannot eliminate waste management emissions. That's why we've designed our bespoke algorithm to calculate your residual emissions accurately and fast track your journey to carbon neutral status.
The algorithm works using data our system collects on distance travelled, containers, vehicles, weights and landfill diversion rates. It combines this data with government emissions conversion factors to calculate CO2 emissions from the movement and processing of your waste. We offset these emissions by donating a relative amount to Gold Standard certified carbon offsetting projects in line with the PAS 2060 standard.

Newtral carries out bulk soil removal works across the UK, tailored to suit the customers requirements. Over 95% of soils removed from our sites are recycled to avoid landfill tax. We also specialise in the removal & treatment of Non Hazardous & Hazardous contaminated soils for treatment and recycling off site.

Our experienced site engineers provide a fast tracked waste classification soil testing and reporting service for soils before removal from site and have nationwide coverage of the UK within a 24 hour call out period.
Alongside soil & media analysis, we provide a wider range of environmental and agricultural testing services to support land management, material quality and operational decision making.

Our Aggregates Division source materials from our
network of waste transfer stations & recycling centres. We focus on the supply of recycled aggregates derived from reprocessing materials previously used in construction, demolition and excavations wastes. Our supply chain provides full UK coverage for recycled aggregates and ensures they meet the WRAP Quality protocol.

We ensure the right containers are being used and correct waste streams segregated for you. We will ensure we maximise the site's efficiency by carrying out regular site visits and providing dedicated account management. All encompassing reports will score the performance of your sites against each other so we can identify areas for improvement within your business.

We've partnered with manufacturers of the Portafill 3000ST to develop a bespoke application that delivers an enhanced cleaning of the materials found in water filtration systems - such as blast furnace slag and pumice, as well as the soil and gravel typically found in reed beds.
